COVID-19 Policy
Darren Bideaux RV will remain open during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide our community with the following essential services - mobile housing (daily living and quarantine use); engine, HVAC, plumbing, and propane repairs; and hardware store items, such as toilet paper for mobile housing plumbing systems, sanitation supplies specially designed for portable housing, and propane.
To ensure the health safety of its employees and customers, Darren Bideaux RV abides by the following the CDC's cleaning protocol to help stop the spread of the virus.
The following describes our strict cleaning practice: The inside of our building is cleaned every morning before opening. All surface areas are cleaned and sanitized after working with each customer. Salespeople sanitize high-touch surface areas after each trailer walk-through inside. Employees practice social distancing.
Sales-Specific Accommodations:
. Salespeople can provide virtual walk-through's of the trailers with their clients.
. We are making an after-hours appointment for private showings.
. Clients can schedule an appointment for a salesperson to bring a unit to their homes to view.
Service-Specific Accommodations:
. To help reduce your expenses, we are offering a 10% discount on anything purchased from our parts department.
. Ordering Parts can be done over the phone and delivered to your doorstep.
. Our service technicians can pick up a trailer from your location to accommodate your service needs.
. Clients can schedule a private service appointment.
. We are providing an after-hours service drop off with a locked, dropbox for keys.
